We process and ship all orders as fast as we can. Our dispatch team will aim to have your order dispatched within 2-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped with a tracking number you can use to check your order’s status. Please allow 48hrs for the tracking status information to become available.
Please ensure you include special delivery notes for your parcel if required. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel.
We use NZ Post for all deliveries. You can expect your order to arrive within five working days of being shipped and a little longer for Rural Deliveries. Please note that these time frames are subject to change due to busy periods.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
