To get the most out of your hair accessories, we recommend handling them gently,  avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture or hair products, and storing them in a dry, protected space when not in use.

Normal wear and tear, including damage from regular use, heat styling, water exposure, or improper storage can occur and is not covered under warranty.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair  accessories, even if they are unused. This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives brand new, unworn products.
